Native to the Philippines, Hoya buotii is a fast-growing Hoya and displays relatively large, hairy/fuzzy, pink blooms. Leaves are thin, stiff, dark green and aristate in shape. This is one Hoya that likes to bloom all year round (even in Texas-style winter) and produces multiple buds even at an early age provided it is happy with its surroundings(amount of light) and moisture it gets.
Most large/huge-blooming Hoyas are slow to produce flowers in areas where there is a long period of hard winter, so it is advisable to bring them in once cold weather sets in.
