Euphorbia Milii Crown of Thorns TIGER PATTERN Coronas de Cristo
Among the newest treasures from Thailand's modern Crown of Thorns breeding program, Lai Suea captivates with a pattern unlike any ordinary Euphorbia milii. Its generously sized bracts emerge in shades of creamy ivory, butter yellow, and warm apricot, intricately overlaid with delicate coral-red veining that resembles the elegant stripes of a tiger.
Crown of Thorns "Tiger Pattern" (Lai s Suea) - a living masterpiece of cream, gold, coral, and tiger-striped elegance
As each bloom matures, the colors continue to evolve. Some clusters display soft pastel tones traced with fine crimson lines, while others deepen into warm peach and coral shades, creating remarkable diversity across a single plant. The effect is both refined and exotic, giving the impression that every flower has been individually hand-painted.
A vigorous bloomer with excellent flower production, Lai Suea rewards collectors with abundant clusters that stand out from across the garden. Its unique tiger-stripe pattern, coupled with its soft sunset palette, makes it a highly desirable addition for enthusiasts seeking cultivars that are both rare and distinctive.
Please note that this specific offering of Crown of Thorns TIGER PATTERN (Lao Suea) is a newly imported bare-root cutting from my favorite Thai grower.
Unlike the leafy plants I normally ship, these beauties are processed immediately upon arrival from the USDA Plant Inspection Station. Coming straight through customs means they arrive without leaves, flowers, or buds in accordance with USDA rules. They are bare rooted and ready for you to wake them up in their new home!
With a little patience and the right care, these rooted cuttings will develop leaves, put on fresh growth, and reward you with beautiful blooms in the seasons ahead. There is something truly special about watching a bare cutting transform into a flowering plant that is uniquely yours.
Offered is one bare rooted small plant without leaves, approximately 5-6 inches long. You will receive one of the bare rooted cuttings shown on the last photo.
