Crown of Thorns ‘Black Diamond’ — Signature Release of Euphorbia Milii Garden

Introduced in 2016 and still held by only a small circle of collectors, ‘Black Diamond’ stands out for its oversized, silky bracts that begin in a soft creamy white touched with olive‑green flares. As each bloom matures, the bracts slowly blush into gentle pink, eventually developing richer, deeper pink highlights that give the plant a graceful, evolving color display throughout its blooming cycle.

Its foliage is just as distinctive. ‘Black Diamond’ carries thick, deeply textured, sturdy leaves—a bold contrast to the smoother, thinner foliage seen in many Crown of Thorns varieties. This tougher leaf structure gives the plant a strong architectural presence and may help it appear more resilient compared with softer succulent leaves that often attract pests.

A rare cultivar with refined color transitions and powerful structure, ‘Black Diamond’ is a true collector’s piece.
