The Charoen Lap is a color‑shifting Thai hybrid prized for its dense clusters and generous blooming habit. This compact, highly branched cultivar produces large, rounded bracts that appear in tight, abundant spheres — often blooming in multiples at once.
New bracts open in a creamy white tone, then slowly wash into soft pink edges, green marbling, and pastel blushes as they mature. Each cluster develops its own gradient, giving the plant a beautiful “camaleonte” effect with several color stages visible at the same time. As the blooms age, they settle into a warm cream‑pastel finish, creating a soft watercolor palette throughout the season.
Charoen Lap is a vigorous, reliable bloomer with excellent branching, making it ideal for collectors who love compact, full‑shaped plants with continuous floral display.
